As soon as possible Reports to: Warehouse Manager Lead the team behind every great delivery—and help ecommerce brands grow. At Supership, we help ecommerce brands deliver a customer experience they can be proud of. Every order matters, and the people picking, packing, and shipping those orders make that experience possible. As we expand our California operations, we're looking for an ambitious Outbound Fulfillment Supervisor who can lead from the floor, keep the team focused, and help us improve as our clients grow. We're looking for someone currently working at a third-party logistics provider (3PL) that handles direct-to-consumer ecommerce fulfillment. You understand the demands of serving multiple brands, meeting carrier cutoffs, and consistently getting the details right. Your role You'll lead daily picking, packing, kitting, and shipping operations while working alongside your team. You'll turn order priorities and carrier deadlines into a practical daily plan, keep work moving, and maintain accuracy, care, and safety. This role suits someone who is energetic, decisive, and accountable. You communicate clearly, stay composed when priorities change, and address problems early. You enjoy building momentum, helping people succeed, and getting the job done properly. What you'll do Plan daily outbound priorities, assign work, and adjust staffing with the Warehouse Manager. Supervise picking, packing, quality checks, kitting, work orders, wholesale orders, and shipment dispatch. Monitor order queues and carrier cutoffs so time-sensitive orders receive the right attention. Identify bottlenecks and rebalance work across picking, packing, and shipping stations. Resolve problem orders, including stock discrepancies, picking errors, packaging issues, and shipping exceptions. Ensure orders meet each client's requirements for accuracy, packaging, presentation, labeling, and shipping service. Coordinate carrier handoffs and confirm shipments are ready for pickup. Train, coach, and cross-train team members while setting clear expectations for accuracy, productivity, and safe work. Investigate fulfillment errors and introduce improvements that reduce repeat mistakes. Monitor fulfillment accuracy, throughput, backlog, rework, and on-time shipping. Improve pick paths, workstation layouts, packing methods, and supply availability. Work with inbound and Client Success to resolve inventory issues and communicate shipment delays promptly. Help plan for promotions, seasonal peaks, new clients, and changing order volumes. Maintain clean, organized workstations and clear travel paths. Participate directly in picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse work as needed. What you bring Current employment at a 3PL providing direct-to-consumer ecommerce fulfillment. Practical knowledge of picking, packing, parcel shipping, carrier cutoffs, and client-specific requirements in a warehouse serving multiple brands. Demonstrated ability to train, coordinate, or lead others. Strong team leads ready for their next step are encouraged to apply. The ability to turn competing priorities into a clear plan and keep a team working toward it. Comfort using warehouse management software, barcode scanners, shipping systems, and Excel or Google Sheets. ShipHero WMS experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how fulfillment errors affect clients and their customers. Clear communication, practical problem-solving, and the confidence to give respectful, direct feedback. A willingness to work alongside your team and take responsibility for results. Ambition to develop your leadership skills, improve operations, and earn greater responsibility as Supership grows. Relevant skills and demonstrated ability matter more than a degree. Working environment This is an active warehouse position involving time on your feet throughout a shift, walking, bending, reaching, and handling products and packages. Essential duties may be performed with reasonable accommodation. Powered equipment may only be operated after required training and authorization. Why Supership? You'll help shape a growing fulfillment operation and see the results of your work every day. We value people who take initiative, support their teammates, and look for ways to help our clients succeed. As Supership and our clients grow, we want our people to build their skills and grow with us. Apply Apply with your résumé and a brief response to this scenario: It's two hours before the final carrier pickup, and 250 ecommerce orders across several clients still need to ship today. Some have expedited shipping commitments, one client requires custom packaging, and several orders are blocked by inventory discrepancies. A team member has also left unexpectedly. How would you prioritize the orders, organize the team, and communicate any risks while maintaining accuracy and safety? Supership USA is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide reasonable accommodation during the hiring process.
