Full-time / Part-time / Internship About Us TT Tiger LLC is a Los Angeles-based e-commerce company specializing in TikTok Shop livestreaming, digital marketing, and online retail. We are a young, fast-growing team focused on creating engaging shopping experiences and driving sales through social commerce. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Livestream Operator to support our daily livestream operations and help improve audience engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities Livestream Operations:

Manage daily TikTok Shop livestreams, including product listings, promotions, giveaways, and backend operations.

Host Coordination:

Work closely with livestream hosts to manage product presentations, audience interactions, and the overall flow of each session.

Technical Support:

Set up and monitor livestream equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming software.

Performance Analysis:

Track key metrics such as GMV, AOV, viewer retention, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize livestream performance.

Content & Marketing:

Assist in planning livestream content, promotional campaigns, and strategies to increase traffic and sales.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate livestream schedules, product preparation, and daily operational tasks. Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Familiarity with TikTok Shop, livestreaming, or e-commerce is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. Flexible availability for livestream schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
