About the Role Whale Spa is looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and support our online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram. This role will focus on keeping product listings accurate, launching promotions, monitoring marketplace performance, resolving issues, and improving the overall online shopping experience. Responsibilities Manage and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram. Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, descriptions, images, SKUs, variations, and product details. Add new products and update or remove discontinued items. Monitor marketplace accounts for listing errors, product rejections, inventory issues, and account warnings. Troubleshoot product feeds, catalog issues, and platform synchronization problems. Maintain Shopify collections, product pages, promotions, discount codes, and website content. Set up sales, bundles, coupons, and seasonal promotions across online channels. Support product launches and digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate products with TikTok content, creators, livestreams, and affiliate campaigns. Manage Facebook and Instagram product catalogs and product tagging. Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, returns, and product performance. Research competitor pricing, promotions, and online merchandising. Recommend improvements based on performance data and marketplace trends. Qualifications 1-3 years of e-commerce or online marketplace experience. Hands-on experience with Shopify. Experience with at least two of the following: Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or Meta Commerce Manager. Experience managing product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and product content. Familiarity with online orders, fulfillment, returns, and marketplace policies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Google Merchant Center, e-commerce SEO, analytics, digital advertising, or Canva is a plus.

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
