Process and track customer orders, purchase orders, and shipments. Communicate with retail and business customers regarding orders, inventory, delivery schedules, and inquiries. Maintain sales reports, order trackers, customer information, and operational data. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor inventory availability and assist with resolving order and fulfillment issues. Support onboarding and account setup for new B2B customers and retail partners. Assist with retailer submissions, product information, pricing updates, and sales documentation. Identify operational issues and support process improvements. Provide administrative and coordination support to the B2B Sales team. ■ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 0-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Operations, or a related field. [Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - National Retail Accounts] ■ Salary $60,000-$85,000 per year ■ General Responsibilities National Retail Account AR Management Manage accounts receivable for major national retailers, including Target, Walmart, TJX, Ross Stores, and Nordstrom. Monitor outstanding invoices, payment schedules, and remittance reconciliation. Retrieve invoices, payment details, and deductions through retailer portals such as Target POL, Walmart Retail Link, and SPS Commerce. Ensure accurate and timely cash application for high-volume transactions. Chargeback & Deduction Management Identify, categorize, and track chargebacks and deductions from national retail accounts. Investigate deductions related to shortages, compliance violations, pricing discrepancies, and late shipments. Prepare supporting documentation, including BOLs, POs, ASNs, and carrier confirmations, and submit disputes through retailer portals. Monitor outstanding disputes and maintain deduction aging reports. Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and Sales teams to prevent recurring chargebacks. Reconciliation & Reporting Perform monthly AR reconciliation using QuickBooks Online. Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports and escalate high-risk items to management. Support month-end closing, AR sub-ledger reconciliation, and journal entries. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, deductions, and dispute resolutions. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and internal teams to collect dispute documentation. Communicate with retailer AP teams to resolve payment discrepancies. Collaborate with supply chain finance partners to reconcile funded invoices and AR records. ■ Required Qualifications 1-4 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably managing national retail or wholesale accounts. Direct experience with at least two major retailers, such as Target, Walmart, TJX, Ross Stores, Nordstrom, or comparable retailers. Proven experience managing and disputing retail chargebacks and deductions. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar ERP/accounting systems. Experience using retailer portals such as Target POL, Walmart Retail Link, SPS Commerce, or similar EDI systems. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented tasks.
