About Us Baglink Inc. is a fast-growing luxury resale and e-commerce company specializing in luxury handbags and accessories. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Management Assistant to support our daily operations and inventory management processes. Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory records across multiple sales platforms Reconcile inventory quantities and ensure database accuracy Process and organize new arrivals, stocking, and product intake Create and manage live sale listings and product uploads Maintain organized inventory storage and tracking systems Update product information, pricing, and inventory status Assist with order processing and operational workflows Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners in English and Chinese Ensure accurate data entry and operational documentation Qualifications Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and inventory management Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in e-commerce, inventory management, luxury resale, or operations is a plus Preferred Skills Familiarity with live selling platforms such as Whatnot Experience with inventory systems or database management Interest in luxury fashion and handbags Benefits Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Collaborative and dynamic work environment Employee discounts
