Summary:
The eCommerce Content Specialist supports item setup, rich content publishing, content management, and post-listing monitoring. This role collaborates with the team managing customer eCommerce portals (e.g., Home Depot IDM), identifies and resolves issues, and drives process improvement opportunities.

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $30 to $32 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $70,000 and $75,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional showroom experience by engaging customers, providing design inspiration, and responding to inquiries via email, phone, or in person. Qualify walk-in customers to understand project scope and recommend MSI materials to fulfill their needs. Acquire new contractors and clients for MSI. Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and outstanding customer service. Proactively follow up with trade customers to explore opportunities, close sales, and address outstanding quotes. Develop comprehensive knowledge of MSI products featured in the showroom. Ensure showroom and displays are well-maintained, products are current, and marketing materials are available. Perform additional duties as assigned. Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Two (2) plus years of related industry experience preferred. Previous retail sales experience in the industry required. Ability to offer solutions that meet customer needs required. Strong customer service skills required. Quick learner with ability to understand MSI products required. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required. Strong organizational skills required. Experience using PCs and navigating multi-window environments required. Knowledge of tile and stone is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team required. Strong problem-solving skills required. Resilience in handling customer rejections required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
