Maxson Consignment Jewelers is looking for a detail-oriented person to help bring our estate jewelry and watches online. You'll get hands-on experience with an ever-changing selection of jewelry—from everyday favorites to distinctive estate pieces and luxury watches—while helping photograph, describe, and sell them through eBay and our Shopify website. You'll work directly with the owner in a small jewelry store, with the opportunity to learn about gemstones, precious metals, designers, and the details that make each piece worth a closer look. What you'll do Photograph jewelry and watches, capturing their details and condition. Edit and organize product photos. Write accurate, engaging descriptions using information provided by the store. Create and update listings on eBay and Shopify. Keep online listings current as inventory sells. Help answer customer questions about online items. What we're looking for An interest in jewelry and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail, organization, and clear writing skills. Comfort using computers and learning new software. Dependability and care when handling valuable merchandise. Experience selling on eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms; personal selling experience counts. Photography and photo-editing skills are a plus. Jewelry experience is welcome but not required. We can teach you about the inventory—you bring curiosity, care, and the ability to present items well online. Pay and schedule Hourly pay of $18

• 20, depending on experience, plus 1
• 5% commission on eligible online sales, based on the item's actual selling price and margin.

Full commission terms will be provided before accepting the position. Approximately 10 hours per week to start, scheduled within store operating hours, with the potential for additional hours as online sales grow.
