About us Ballers Bank Group is one of the fastest-growing live commerce operations in the sports card and collectibles world. We run seven brands out of studios in Las Vegas, San Jose, and London, with 30+ staff and 20+ hosts broadcasting live on TikTok Shop every day. We've roughly doubled revenue two years running. Growth that fast breaks things. Product moves faster than the process for tracking it, new hires arrive before the onboarding is written down, and a stream that starts twenty minutes late costs real money. We're hiring an Operations Manager to own the systems that keep a studio running. The role You own the day-to-day operation of the studios. Not a coordinator role and not a desk job you're on the floor, in the middle of everything, and you're accountable for the studio running well. The first 60 days are about learning the operation and stabilizing it. After that, it's about making it repeatable: documenting how things work, removing the bottlenecks, and building the process. You'll report directly to ownership and work closely with our host, production, and inventory teams. What you'll own Studio operations Own daily studio readiness: the building, the sets, the supplies, and the flow of work through it Manage inbound receiving: log, verify, and route high-value product shipments, and own the chain of custody for inventory in the building Own supply and materials ordering: shipping materials, packaging, breakroom, food and beverage: with accountability for spend against budget Source and manage vendors; run vendor meetings and negotiate terms Build and document the SOPs for how all of the above works, so it survives you being out sick Production support Coordinate repack builds assembly to spec, quality control, and staging ahead of live windows Own new stream start-up readiness: set staged, product labeled and staged, hosts equipped, on schedule Coordinate video content capture and support production as needed People operations Run new hire onboarding end to end: paperwork, workspace, systems access, orientation, and 30-day check-in Coordinate and participate in interviews for studio, host, and support roles Administer Slack channels, workspace structure, and user provisioning Administer team account access through our credential management system, per company security policy Own studio scheduling and coverage; serve as first point of contact for timekeeping, PTO, and payroll questions, escalating to ownership and our payroll provider as appropriate Continuous improvement Find the bottlenecks and fix them you'll have latitude to change how things work and support from ownership to do it Report on what's working and what isn't, with numbers behind it What we're looking for Required 3+ years managing operations in a studio, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, e-commerce, or production environment A track record of building process, not just following it you can point to something you documented, systematized, or fixed Genuinely organized under pressure; you run dozens of open threads without dropping them Comfortable with systems: Slack, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, inventory or scheduling tools, and quick to learn new ones Discretion and reliability you'll handle employee information, access credentials, and high-value inventory On-site full-time, with flexibility when the broadcast schedule shifts Able to be physically active in the studio, including regularly lifting up to 40 lbs Nice to have Experience in live commerce, live streaming, or video production HR or payroll administration exposure (onboarding, timekeeping, PTO) Multi-site or multi-brand operations experience Interest in sports cards, TCG, or collectibles you don't need to be a collector, but curiosity helps Why this role Direct line to ownership, real decision-making latitude, and visible impact on the business A company growing fast enough that the job will grow underneath you this is a path to multi-site or regional operations You'll build the operating playbook for a category-leading company, not inherit someone else's 2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week sick time accrued over 1 year single benefit coverage after 60 days of employment
Pay:
