We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations professional to lead the development of a new online sales operation for an established company in the transportation/ logistics industry. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing business function, introduce new technology, and make a direct impact on the company's success.

What You'll Do:

Lead the launch and ongoing growth of a new e-commerce platform focused on parts and aftermarket products Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and improve the customer purchasing experience Evaluate and implement software solutions to streamline order processing, fulfillment, and customer service Collaborate with external development partners to improve website functionality and performance Build efficient workflows through automation, systems integration, and data-driven improvements Lead an existing small team while identifying future staffing and operational needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, distribution, or technology-driven operations Strong understanding of business systems, software integrations, and process automation Proven ability to take ownership of projects and implement operational improvements Experience working with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms preferred Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, innovate, and drive measurable results Ability to work onsite five days per week in Stockton, CA What's in It for
