Full Job Description HIRING:

Part-Time Assistant Needed (1 or 2 Days Per Week) Homeopath looking for a part-time assistant needed 2 days per week. Organized, reliable, phone-free work style.

Tuesdays Wednesdays, 9am - 5pm

Location:

Ventura Pay:

$17 per hour to start W2 (before taxes) Reliable always on time, never late or need to leave early Focused No need for your cell phone to be out, need people who can really listen to directions in on tasks Creative help with marketing

Responsibilities:

Administrative support (e.g., scheduling patients, taking payments, emails, data entry) Organizing and maintaining patient and school information Shipping & mailing remedies General office tasks as needed Creating social media posts in Canva Update websites as needed WordPress Help with our educational platform Canvas Efficient with time

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft/excel & Mac computers Know how to use WordPress, Canva, Canvas Excellent communication & phone skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
