Duties Product Listing Management:

Maintain and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and other content.

Operations Support:

Assist with daily operational tasks, including data management, inventory tracking, and order follow-up.

Market Research & Analysis:

Analyze sales data, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support operational and sales decisions.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and apply AI tools and data-driven approaches to daily workflows. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing with a strong understanding of website management tools. Proficiency in SEO tools, paid advertising campaign management. Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Creative skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with content creation for websites and social media channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data processing and analysis. Ability to analyze data effectively using web analytics tools; interpret performance metrics to optimize campaigns continuously. Strong copywriting skills for compelling product descriptions, ad copy, and social media posts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn new products, systems, and market trends.

•Bachelor's degree or higher required.
