This role will have a direct impact on the success of the Amazon channel, overseeing strategy and execution across sales, FBA, merchandising, advertising, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory . We are looking for someone who can combine strong Amazon expertise with strategic thinking using data to identify opportunities, execute initiatives, solve challenges, and continuously improve performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly organized , with the ability to take ownership of initiatives, collaborate across teams, and turn opportunities into measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Own Amazon sales performance and meet or exceed established revenue, growth, profitability, and marketplace KPIs Develop and execute strategies to grow Amazon revenue and market share Monitor sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, inventory, advertising performance, and other key metrics Identify under-performing products and develop actionable strategies to improve performance Manage and optimize the Amazon catalog through Seller Central and flat-file uploads Create and maintain parent/child variations, troubleshoot catalog issues, and resolve listing errors or suppressions Manage product launches and ensure new products are properly set up, optimized, and merchandised Own Amazon merchandising, including product titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content, Brand Store organization, promotions, coupons, and overall presentation Conduct keyword, competitor, pricing, and marketplace research to identify growth opportunities Work closely with marketing and advertising teams to ensure PPC strategy aligns with sales and profitability goals Monitor advertising KPIs, including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and advertising-attributed sales Manage FBA and FBM operations, including FBA shipment planning, inventory levels, restock needs, and stock-out prevention Monitor pricing and Buy Box performance and recommend adjustments when necessary Maintain strong Amazon Account Health and proactively address policy violations, performance notifications, suppressed ASINs, and compliance issues Open, manage, and escalate Seller Support cases through resolution Analyze Amazon reports and translate data into actionable recommendations Prepare regular performance reports highlighting sales, YoY growth, KPIs, opportunities, risks, and action plans Coordinate with internal marketing, warehouse, customer service, logistics, and management teams Stay current on Amazon marketplace updates, policies, tools, and best practices Assist with inbound customer calls as needed and provide support with escalated Amazon customer inquiries and order-related issues. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing an Amazon Seller Central account, preferably for a high-volume catalog or established brand. Demonstrated track record of driving measurable Amazon revenue growth and achieving defined KPIs. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples of accounts, categories, or products they have successfully grown. Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central Strong experience with Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, catalog management, and parent/child variations Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM Strong understanding of Amazon merchandising and listing optimization Experience analyzing sales, conversion, traffic, inventory, and advertising data Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising/PPC and metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS Experience with Helium 10 or similar Amazon marketplace tools preferred Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for measurable performance goals What Success Looks Like Success in this role will be measured by the Account Manager's ability to consistently meet established KPIs, drive year-over-year sales growth, improve product performance and conversion, maintain a healthy and optimized catalog, prevent inventory disruptions, and proactively identify new opportunities to grow the Amazon channel.
