Overview Office Assistant Seabreeze, a growing lake and wetland restoration company, seeks a reliable, computer-savvy, customer-service driven individual for our part-time Office Assistant position located at our Fort Myers branch. If you enjoy working in an office environment with a management team that takes work seriously, but also knows the importance of fun, this role is for you! The position will be Monday through Thursday from 9am-2pm Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Office Administrator
• Answer and screen office phone calls
• Reply to emails
• Print marketing materials
• Marketing emails for communties
• Run errands for the office team
• Collect and deposit payments
• Pickup miscellaneous shop items/materials
• Other similar tasks as assigned Minimum Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Can follow directions
• Great communication skills
• Able to ask for help and guidance
• Minimum 2 years of Office experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must display a very friendly and helpful attitude at all times
• Good organization and record keeping skills
• Be proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Basic iPhone experience
