Job Description
Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator Company:
DECO PRODUCTS
Location:
Hialeah, Florida — On-site We are seeking an organized, proactive professional to support e-commerce, inventory, logistics, customer service, and showroom operations in our growing flooring business. Responsibilities- Process orders through Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, and Rithum/CommerceHub.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory and recommend replenishment.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, shipping, carriers, and tracking.
- Resolve order delays, returns, cancellations, and discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, retailers, and warehouse partners.
- Assist showroom customers and improve operational processes.
- Document procedures and cross-train as needed. Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, order management, inventory, or logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with retailer portals or Rithum/CommerceHub is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and computer systems.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
