This is a hands-on in person position supporting both our warehouse operations and design/production team in a fast-paced fashion environment in Hialeah, Florida .

Daily Responsibilities:

Order Management & Production Coordination Serve as the primary point of coordination for all made-to-order and production orders generated through our six retail locations and e-commerce website , ensuring each order is accurately documented, communicated, and submitted to the factory for production.

Responsibilities include:

Receive and review orders submitted by our six retail locations and e-commerce team. Enter and maintain all order details within Notion , ensuring information is complete, accurate, and organized. Review style numbers, colors, sizes, measurements, special requests, customizations, and required delivery dates prior to submitting orders for production. Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information and communicate with the appropriate retail or web team member to resolve discrepancies before the order is sent to the factory. Prepare and email complete production order information to the factory so garments can be placed into production. Maintain accurate order records and update the status of each order in Notion throughout the production process. Monitor production timelines and required delivery dates, following up on outstanding or time-sensitive orders as needed. Communicate order changes, corrections, cancellations, and special instructions to the factory in a timely and organized manner. Act as the liaison between the retail stores, e-commerce team, design team, and factory to ensure orders move smoothly from the point of sale through production. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, recognizing that errors in order entry or factory communication can directly impact garment production and customer delivery.

Qualifications:

MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA

• Must have an understanding on technical design
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player
• Reliable transportation is required
• must be proficient in excel / google sheets

Preferred:

• Interest in fashion / production environments
