Job Description

Marketplace & Digital Commerce Manager Heathrow, FL (Headquarters) | Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility Considered Dual Electronics is growing its online business across our consumer electronics brands. This role manages our product assortment, content and advertising on the retailer websites and marketplaces where we sell. Role Purpose The Marketplace & Digital Commerce Manager manages our brands presence on Walmart.com. That includes the online assortment, the product content and the site advertising. The position reports to the National Account Manager for Walmart and works with them on the online side of the account. This person needs to understand how a supplier works with Walmart day to day, including item setup, supplier systems, the fiscal calendar and modular resets. The role also manages Amazon with the Director of eCommerce and is responsible for our assortment on BestBuy.com, eBay and TikTok Shop. Duties and Responsibilities Walmart.com Assortment and Advertising (Primary Focus)
Online Assortment Management:
Manage the assortment on Walmart.com. Keep the catalog accurate and complete, and find opportunities to add items.
Item Setup and Maintenance:
Handle new item setup, item maintenance and catalog accuracy in Walmart's supplier systems. Resolve listing, content and item health issues as they come up.
Product Content and Conversion:
Manage and build product titles, imagery, enhanced content, bullet points and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion. Walmart.com
Advertising:
Plan and manage site advertising through Walmart Connect. Set budgets, build and adjust campaigns, manage bids and keywords, and report on return against spend.
Performance Reporting:
Pull and review Walmart supplier and advertising reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, in-stock levels and item health. Report what is working and recommend changes. Coordination with the
Walmart Account Team Assortment Alignment:
Work with the National Account Manager to keep the online assortment current with the retail program, so approved items are set up and live on the website on schedule. This includes working on 1P and 3P SKU assortments.
Calendar Management:
Track the Walmart fiscal calendar, including modular reset weeks, annual program deadlines and promotional windows. Plan backward from those dates to meet content and setup deadlines.
Online Reporting:
Provide the account team the online sales, traffic, conversion and competitive reporting they need for planning.
Amazon and Emerging Channels Amazon:
Manage content, pricing presentation, promotions and advertising to grow sales, working with the Director of eCommerce, who owns the Amazon relationship. Best Buy, e

Expand the assortments, curating a catalog suited to each platform and driving sales growth.
Listing and Content Optimization:
Update and optimize product titles, images, enhanced content and keywords across every channel to improve search visibility and conversion.
Category Insight and Demand Generation Competitive and Category Insight:
Track and report competitor pricing, assortment changes and category shifts. Recommend action based on the data.
Performance Benchmarking:
Set benchmarks and analyze site and channel data, including traffic, conversion rate and keyword performance, to measure programs against expectations.
Digital Marketing:
Run search, paid search and email programs that build brand awareness and drive traffic to where our products are sold.
Forecasting Support:
Work with Sales, Marketing and Product on demand forecasting and the annual program.
Products:
Identify new product categories for growth and do the research on potential opportunities.
Operational Excellence and Technology AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use artificial intelligence tools for keyword research, listing content, competitive research and reporting.
Project Management:
Use project management tools to track concurrent initiatives and campaigns across the brand portfolio, working with the in-house marketing team.
Content Management:
Maintain a repository of content assets, including listing copy, enhanced content and imagery, across all brands. How Success Is Measured Walmart.com sales growth against the annual program Return on advertising spend and traffic growth from Walmart Connect campaigns Conversion rate and search visibility on managed items Online assortment growth, and item setup accuracy and speed Online content and setup ready on time for program and reset deadlines Assortment growth on Amazon, Best Buy, eBay and TikTok Shop beyond launch items Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Three or more years managing product assortment, content and performance on Walmart.com, Amazon or comparable major retailer websites, for a brand, supplier or agency. A working understanding of how Walmart operates as a retail partner, including item setup, supplier systems, the fiscal calendar and modular resets. Hands-on retail media and marketplace advertising experience. Walmart Connect is strongly preferred; comparable experience with Amazon advertising is a solid substitute. Experience with a brand that sells first-party to a national retailer, where the retailer purchases and resells the inventory, is a plus. Experience selling on BestBuy.com, eBay or TikTok Shop is a plus. Three or more years of eCommerce analytics and consumer insight experience, with skill in analyzing and presenting site and channel data. Experience writing and editing marketing content; familiar with marketing platforms and analysis tools. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. HTML and Google Analytics experience is a plus. Regular use of artificial intelligence tools for research, content development and productivity. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Required Education and Experience Education:
College degree preferred in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Three to seven years in digital commerce, marketplace management or eCommerce for a consumer products brand, supplier or agency.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in consumer electronics, automotive accessories or home and lifestyle products is preferred. Product knowledge must be learned if not already experienced in the categories.
Portfolio:
Must provide examples of work personally created and managed, including Walmart.com or Amazon product listings and enhanced content you wrote and published, and at least one advertising campaign you ran with its results.
Work Environment:
This role is based at our headquarters in Heathrow, Florida. Candidates must live within a maximum three-hour drive of the office. On-site cadence depends on proximity to Heathrow and is discussed during the interview process.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
