We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is more than just an administrative position—we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us. Our goal is to find someone who can learn every aspect of our business and, over time, grow into a leadership role with the potential to manage day-to-day operations and eventually help run the business.

What You'll Do:

Process and fulfill customer orders using WooCommerce Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally Help manage inventory and coordinate restocking Package product and create product labels Assist with basic bookkeeping, document organization, and reporting Support team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual—we value employees who consistently arrive on time and are dependable. Experienced in an administrative or eCommerce support role Familiar with WooCommerce or WordPress (preferred but not required) Able to multitask and work independently Passionate about wellness and interested in hemp-based products
