We are looking for someone with a strong creative/design background who is ready to take ownership of projects, people, product development, e-commerce, and growth initiatives . The right person can take a goal, determine what needs to happen, organize the work, delegate appropriately, and see the project through completion. What You'll Do Manage and prioritize projects across our creative team. Turn ideas and business goals into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Delegate work, monitor progress, and help keep projects on schedule. Provide creative direction and feedback to graphic designers. Coordinate new product development and product launches. Help improve Etsy and Shopify listings, product imagery, merchandising, and conversion. Coordinate creative projects for Pinterest, email, SEO, seasonal campaigns, and other marketing channels. Research competitors, products, and marketplace opportunities. Identify opportunities to expand successful products or develop new ones. Improve internal workflows, templates, SOPs, and creative processes. Assist with hands-on graphic design when needed. Required Skills Professional graphic design or creative-production experience. Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Strong organization and project-management abilities. Comfortable delegating work and providing creative feedback. Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Self-directed and comfortable making decisions. Strong understanding of visual design and e-commerce product presentation. Able to work full-time from our Rockledge office. Experience with Etsy, Shopify, product development, digital marketing, Pinterest, email marketing, SEO, print/personalized products, or creative team leadership is a plus.
