Opportunity to lead new initiatives-CHECK! Diamond Cosmetics is hiring a creative, organized and results-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to help grow our brand across social media, digital channels, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.!! The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist works with the team onsite at our Tamarac, Fl.

office and is responsible for:

Creating engaging digital content, including graphics, product photography, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and promotional materials. Managing the company's social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand presence. Managing and optimizing Amazon and TikTok Shop, including product listings, imagery, descriptions, promotions, and overall marketplace presentation. Developing e-commerce visuals and marketing assets designed to improve product presentation, customer engagement, and conversion. Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing and e-commerce performance, including engagement, traffic, conversion rates, sales, and other key KPIs. Identifying and implementing opportunities to increase online sales and brand awareness through content, promotions, marketplace optimization, and emerging digital trends. Researching competitors, consumer trends, social media trends, and marketplace activity to identify new marketing and growth opportunities. Collaborating with sales, product development, and management on new product launches, seasonal initiatives, promotions, and overall brand strategy. Coordinating internally to ensure the accuracy of product information, inventory, pricing, and promotional information.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, content creation, or a related role preferred. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other major social platforms and experience creating social media content, including short-form video. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop strongly preferred; proficiency with Canva; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software and MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Strong visual eye and understanding of current digital and social media aesthetics. Comfortable working with marketing analytics and using data to evaluate performance. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, resource management, creative thinking, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to take initiative, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
