Ecommerce Coordinator Job Description:

T&C Surf Designs is currently looking for a full-time Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. This individual will collaborate and work closely with our Ecommerce, Merchandising and Marketing teams. The Ecommerce Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations and marketing. Ideal candidates will have experience with ecommerce operations and marketing. T&C is seeking an individual who is looking to grow as an ecommerce professional, can thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to find creative ways to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and assisting the Ecommerce Team in the following areas:

• Upload and update products and ensure accurate copy, prices, images, product descriptions are displayed and merchandised.
• Input complex product data including size charts, color swatches, and material details.
• Basic skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for product upload touch ups and image resizing.
• Manage customer service emails daily and ensure all inquiries are answered and handled.
• Support inventory management, track incoming products and samples, pull and prepare products for photoshoots.
• Merchandise website to ensure it is up to date with product, inventory, and marketing collateral.
• Ambassador liaison (to build product packages and ship content).
• Manage and maintain department documentation, files, procedures and workflows.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and communication.
• Create, update and streamline processes, templates and resources to support the department's evolving needs, technological advancements, and rapidly changing ecommerce environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements).
• 1-3 years' work experience in ecommerce and/or retail operations.
• Required experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Required basic Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO/AEO basics.
• Experience with Shopify Platform is a plus.
• Copywriting skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude that looks for solutions to problems and is always willing to pitch in where needed.
