Job Description

Office Assistant Seeking a reliable Office Assistant with strong Excel and Microsoft Teams skills. Responsibilities include general office support, data entry, and inventory-related tasks. SAP inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Perform general office and administrative duties Enter and maintain data using Excel Communicate and collaborate through Microsoft Teams Assist with inventory and recordkeeping Support daily office operations

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail SAP inventory software experience is a plus Previous office experience preferred

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm OT as needed

Pay:
