We buy and sell hundreds of watches every month, ranging from affordable everyday timepieces to rare, historically significant, and museum-quality watches. We're looking for an exceptional individual to help bring our inventory to market. This position is about more than creating product listings. It's about making remarkable watches available to the people who want to own them. What You'll Do Research and accurately identify vintage and modern watches. Write detailed, informative, and compelling product descriptions. Create and publish listings across our website, eBay, and other sales platforms. Select, organize, and prepare product photographs. Verify specifications, condition details, materials, and historical information. Maintain consistent, accurate, and professional online presentations. Coordinate with our inventory and photography team. Manage listing priorities and maintain consistent weekly production. Help improve our research, listing, and merchandising processes. What We're Looking For Strong written communication and research skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems. Strong time-management and organizational abilities. The ability to work independently and consistently meet production expectations. Curiosity, resourcefulness, accountability, and initiative. An appreciation for accuracy, craftsmanship, and professional presentation. Experience with Shopify, eBay, product research, technical writing, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
