They manage the overall day to day operations of the store's E-Commerce department to achieve desire sales objectives, goals and budgets. The positions reports to the E-Commerce Lead. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring that the store E-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness. Responsible for ensuring food safety procedures and company guidelines are followed. Achieve/exceed targeted goals including customers satisfaction leading to repeat sales. Ensure orders are filled with products requested or comparable substitute in a timely and effective manner. Provide timely feedback to department leads in regard to inventory issues such as out of stock.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of retails grocery products and operations 1+ years of experience in a retails grocery department 1+ years of experience in a team leadership role Effective communications skills Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Able to distinguish product quality and freshness standards Able to stoop, squat, reach and maneuver to move product, boxes, bags, shelving, carts and equipment Able to lift 50 lbs.

Pay:

From $9.00 per hour
