Position Summary Quad Logic is a growing manufacturer and seller of ATV and UTV replacement parts and accessories. We are seeking a dependable, organized Warehouse Manager to lead a small team of two to three employees and work alongside them in daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will oversee direct-to-consumer order fulfillment for our website, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, helping ensure every order ships accurately, on time, and according to each sales channel's requirements. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates respectfully, takes ownership of results, and welcomes improvements as our warehouse, technology, and business needs evolve. Primary Responsibilities Warehouse Leadership Lead, train, and support a team of two to three warehouse employees while actively participating in daily work. Assign daily responsibilities, prioritize orders, and adjust workloads to meet shipping deadlines. Set clear expectations for accuracy, productivity, attendance, safety, and teamwork. Provide constructive feedback, address concerns promptly, and maintain a respectful, professional work environment. Cross-train employees to maintain coverage and consistent warehouse performance. E-Commerce Shipping and Order Fulfillment Oversee and perform picking, packing, labeling, and shipping for website, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart orders. Verify product numbers, quantities, packaging, shipping services, and customer information before shipment. Ensure shipments are processed correctly and tracking information is transmitted to the appropriate sales channel. Investigate shipping errors, missing packages, damage, and carrier exceptions in coordination with customer service. Maintain adequate shipping supplies and keep packing stations organized. Inventory and Warehouse Operations Coordinate receiving, stocking, replenishment, and product storage. Maintain accurate inventory locations and organized, clearly identified pick areas. Participate in inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and communicate shortages or stock issues. Coordinate returns processing with the appropriate departments. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, including routine housekeeping and cardboard recycling. Promote safe material handling and proper use of warehouse equipment. Process Improvement and Collaboration Work with management, purchasing, customer service, and other employees to implement practical warehouse processes. Help evaluate and implement shipping software, barcode scanning, and other tools that improve efficiency. Adapt to changing order volumes, product lines, warehouse layouts, technology, and business priorities. Communicate problems early and follow through on solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment Experience leading, training, or coordinating employees in a warehouse or similar environment. Working knowledge of parcel shipping through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining order accuracy. Comfortable using computers, shipping software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments. Dependable attendance and a willingness to work alongside the team. Ability to adapt to change, learn new systems, and implement improved processes. Preferred Experience E-commerce fulfillment for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or website orders. Familiarity with marketplace shipping performance standards. Experience with shipping platforms such as XPS Ship or Veeqo. Inventory management, cycle counting, barcode scanners, or warehouse management systems. Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Shipping Manager, Fulfillment Supervisor, or Warehouse Team Lead. Familiarity with powersports, automotive parts, or small-parts distribution. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, bend, and reach above shoulder level and below waist level. Ability to lift and move approximately 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with reasonable accommodation. Work in a warehouse that is heated in winter and not climate-controlled in summer. Schedule and Benefits Full-time, Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
