31-Oct-2026 Brand Advocate Analyst - Richfield MN Full time Regular Job Description As a Brand Advocate Analyst , you'll serve as the bridge between Best Buy and strategic vendor partners, helping ensure customers have access to accurate, engaging, and high-quality product content across our digital experiences. You'll use data, insights, and industry trends to influence product content strategies, optimize online experiences, and support successful product launches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric decision making to drive measurable business results. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non ‑ Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. What you'll do Manage the accuracy and timeliness of product data, content, and digital assets across product launches and lifecycle updates. Partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize product detail pages, brand pages, landing pages, and other customer-facing experiences. Analyze category and brand performance to identify opportunities that improve customer experience, revenue, and market share. Develop reporting, insights, and recommendations that help vendors and business partners make data-driven decisions. Serve as the primary point of contact for product content, asset management, and issue resolution for assigned brands and categories. Basic qualifications 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, product content management, merchandising, or data management. 2+ years of experience analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations. 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications 1+ years of experience working directly with vendors or external business partners. 1+ years of experience creating or editing customer facing content. 1+ years of experience supporting digital product launches or online merchandising initiatives. 1+ year of experience optimizing product content or digital customer experiences. 1+ year of experience using reporting, analytics, or performance metrics to identify trends and drive business recommendations.
