This is an entry-level position with room for advancement. This position will report directly to our Ecommerce Sales Account Manager II. The Ecommerce Sales Account Manager I will handle troubleshooting and maintenance of existing data interfaces with assigned accounts, building strong partnerships with the internal client ecommerce teams, understanding updates and requirements
  • communicating changing needs internally.
This position will work closely with our IT/EDI team, Warehouse Team, Finance Team and the Merchandising Team. This role will also be responsible for providing monthly reporting summarizing success and challenges with each assigned account (with supervision from the Ecommerce Account Manager II) and are to ensure best practices for ecommerce sales are being utilized. This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
Sales Management Drive profitable sales, hitting monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals. Be a lead for assigned ecommerce accounts, management of day to day, weekly, monthly engagement with buyers, planners, business analysts etc. Perform product & sales analysis
  • management of pricing, discounts & promotions & reporting, profitability of the account
  • responsible for making strategic decisions based on knowledge to consistently drive profitable sales growth. Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • removing roadblocks hindering sales productivity Monitor end user customer feedback
  • returns, quality issues etc.
Portal Management Intimately understand clients' portals, metrics, reporting/report card tools, leveraging data to drive sales and sales strategy. Troubleshoots issues with customer services issues in e-tailer portals. Open tickets as applicable to ensure business is functioning properly. Download process updates/changes and communicate accordingly to the
CRO, ROG
operations team as needed. 3 PL Management Partnering with our Order and Warehouse Operations team to ensure utilization of 3PL's profitably and to support sales monthly review of 3PL inventory requests and on hand inventory. Manage 3PL catalog and pricing strategy. IT Bridge Work closely with IT team to ensure we have a constant "bridging" of information flowing between the BA and IT to promote collaboration and efficiency. Awareness of systems to be able to detect potential issues front end or back end. Coordinate appropriate teams to address issues, promote learnings. Partner with IT communicate and understand/learn the basic concepts of Alt/Meta tagging, google analytics, and sort rankings withing Ecommerce sites. (Will be working directly with customers) Must have elevated level of accuracy and attention to details.
