Paul, MN Turn a complex product catalog into an easy shopping experience. Do you enjoy making an online store work better—from organizing products and improving navigation to using data to decide what to promote next? Can you spot an issue, ask the right questions and follow through on a solution? MADA is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to help grow its branded merchandise program. We provide products to association members and other customers, including merchandise customized with each company's branding. Through our Shopify B2B platform, customers access products and pricing selected specifically for their business. You'll help make that experience accurate, easy to use and worth coming back to.

About MADA:

The Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) supports Minnesota's franchised automobile dealers through advocacy, education and business resources. Our merchandise program provides association members and other customers with products for their businesses, including apparel and merchandise customized with their company's branding. This role helps make those products easy to find, order and purchase again.

What You'll Do:

Keep the shopping experience running smoothly. Set up and maintain company accounts, customer-specific catalogs and approved pricing in Shopify. Make sure customers see the right products and prices when they log in. Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, SKUs and variants, including sizes, colors and customization options. Use spreadsheets, bulk imports and consistent checks to keep complex product information accurate. Improve collections, navigation, search and product presentation across desktop and mobile. Help our systems work together. Understand how information moves between Shopify and Acumatica, our new ERP system. Maintain consistent product and customer data, investigate routine discrepancies and work with technical partners to resolve issues. Identify ways to reduce manual work, document processes and help test approved improvements. Coordinate with developers on changes requiring technical expertise. Use marketing and data to grow the program. Plan and execute merchandise promotions with MADA's marketing and sales teams. Recommend featured products, seasonal offers and targeted campaigns that encourage member participation and attract non-member customers. Track purchasing activity, revenue, product performance and campaign results. Turn your findings into practical recommendations—and evaluate what happens after changes are made.

What You Bring:

Hands-on Shopify experience managing products, variants, collections, bulk imports and customer information. The ability to manage customer-specific B2B catalogs and pricing. An understanding of how e-commerce platforms connect with ERP systems, including data accuracy, synchronization and troubleshooting. Experience working with detailed product catalogs and customization requirements. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience executing digital marketing or merchandise promotions and reviewing results. The ability to explain what reports are telling you and recommend what to do next. Strong organization, communication and follow-through, with the ability to manage priorities independently.

Details:

Relevant experience typically comes from two to four years in e-commerce , but we'll also consider candidates who can demonstrate the skills and capability to succeed. Experience with Acumatica, Shopify B2B, branded merchandise, Shopify Search & Discovery, metafields or automation tools is a plus.

Compensation:

$55,000

• 75,000 annually, based on experience and performance

Schedule:

Requires weekly office time in West St. Paul; schedule established with leadership Why This Opportunity?
