Part-Time Swatch Room & Sales Aid Assistant - Furniture Manufacturing We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Swatch Room & Sales Aid Assistant to join our furniture manufacturing team. This position will support our sales team by maintaining fabric and leather samples, preparing sales materials, and helping ensure our swatch room stays organized and up to date. This is a great position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and working with fabrics, leathers, and furniture materials.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain the fabric and leather swatch room Cut, label, and prepare fabric and leather swatches Assemble swatch cards, sample books, and other sales aids Pull samples for customers, sales representatives, and internal staff Package and prepare samples and sales materials for shipment Maintain accurate labeling and organization of current fabric and leather offerings Remove discontinued materials and update samples as needed Keep the swatch room clean, neat, and well organized Assist with preparing materials for furniture markets, showroom presentations, and sales meetings Help with miscellaneous sales and office support projects as needed Communicate with the sales and production teams regarding sample needs

Qualifications:

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable performing hands-on tasks such as cutting, sorting, labeling, and assembling samples Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Basic computer skills Good communication skills and a positive attitude Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, textiles, fabrics, leather, interior design, or sales support is helpful but not required.

Schedule:

Part-time 24-30 hours per week

Because our swatches and sales materials are often the first impression customers and designers have of our products, accuracy, organization, and presentation are important parts of this role.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 30.0 per week
