Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and results-driven E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations while helping grow our online sales business. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can take ownership of the operation, build efficient systems, solve problems independently, and identify new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate understands both warehouse/inventory management and e-commerce, with experience or strong familiarity with platforms such as TikTok Shop/live selling, eBay, and Whatnot. We are looking for more than someone who simply manages daily tasks. We want a self-starter who can improve processes, introduce new ideas, use technology effectively, and help us scale the business. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Operations Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff. Maintain accurate inventory from receiving through final sale and shipment. Develop and maintain effective SKU, labeling, sorting, and product-tracking systems. Maintain clear visibility of inventory quantities, product locations, and movement. Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Organize merchandise for upcoming live-selling events and online listings. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve warehouse productivity. Establish procedures that improve inventory accuracy, organization, and accountability. E-Commerce & Live Selling Manage and support online sales channels, including TikTok, eBay, Whatnot, and other marketplaces. Prepare products and inventory for live-selling events. Monitor online product performance and identify best-selling products and growth opportunities. Research products, pricing, market trends, and customer demand across multiple categories. Develop strategies to increase online sales, improve product visibility, and maximize inventory turnover. Track e-commerce performance and provide regular sales and operational reports. Identify and test new online selling opportunities and platforms. Technology & Process Improvement Use warehouse management systems, computers, scanners, printers, software applications, and other technology to improve operations. Troubleshoot basic technical issues involving warehouse equipment, systems, networking, and e-commerce platforms. Develop better workflows and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Use data and reporting to identify opportunities for operational and sales improvements. Proactively identify problems and implement solutions without requiring detailed day-to-day direction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Information Systems, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred. Strong relevant experience may substitute for formal education. Warehouse, inventory, operations, or e-commerce management experience strongly preferred. Experience with TikTok Shop/live selling, eBay, and Whatnot is highly desirable. Strong computer and technology skills. Experience with inventory or warehouse management software preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage employees, priorities, inventory, and multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong initiative and the ability to work independently. Must be willing to take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
