Best Nutritionals is seeking an energetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is responsible for customer-facing communication, including: managing inbound and outbound messages/emails, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Job Summary:

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via email or online messaging Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or returns Answer questions about items (measurements, sizes, colors, material) and terms of sale Evaluate condition of returned items Use telephone to call Marketplace Seller Support teams to resolve escalated issues No inbound/outbound calls to/from customers Meet personal and Customer Service team targets and message-handling quotas Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Maintain message/email templates and identify areas for process improvement Perform data entry of inbound inventory into the inventory management system Update existing inventory listings to improve accuracy and boost sales

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical skills: understand and resolve issues efficiently and effectively Strong communication skills: must understand and communicate information effectively in writing, by phone or in person Self-motivated, with ability to work independently Multitasking proficiency Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer programs, capability to learn new software programs, and ability to utilize the Internet to respond to buyer questions and requests Strong attention to detail and accuracy a must. Must have great communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to solve problems in a calm and effective manner.
