Week Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Daytime Hours Compensation:

$19-$22 per hour, based on experience About Our Company We are a well-established specialty apparel company serving schools, local businesses, organizations, and online customers. Our business includes custom screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, team apparel, and a strong online retail presence with our own private-label brands. We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a versatile part-time role. About the Position No two days are exactly alike! This position combines administrative responsibilities, customer service, sales support, and light production assistance. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well with others, and is comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities include:

Processing customer orders and performing general office duties Assisting customers by phone, email, and in person Supporting sales activities, customer follow-ups, and order coordination Entering and maintaining information in company systems Assisting with packaging, shipping, and preparing completed orders Providing light hands-on support to our apparel production team Helping with other day-to-day business operations as needed Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Dependable, positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, retail, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
