Job Description
E-Commerce Operations Specialist We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online sales channels. Key Responsibilities Manage product setup, pricing, images, descriptions, collections, and inventory data within Shopify Support marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop Monitor and troubleshoot product, inventory, listing, and order-flow issues Assist with mobile app management, updates, and promotions Maintain accurate product information across all sales channels Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives Qualifications Strong computer, technology, and Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms E-commerce, inventory management, or marketplace operations Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Ideal Candidate A self-starter who learns quickly, takes ownership, stays organized, and enjoys solving problems while supporting a growing e-commerce business.
