We're looking for a full-time E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join Team Mavis at our Inbound Sales Center in Millwood, NY. With more than 4,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest independently held tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a fast-growing business operates behind the scenes. Unlike a traditional call center position, this role is primarily focused on e-commerce operations, pricing support, and special projects rather than working in a phone queue. What You'll Be Doing Support E-Commerce Operations:

Help manage orders, product inquiries, and other operational needs across major partner platforms, including Goodyear and Amazon.

Process Pricing Requests:

Review and respond to 30+ daily price-match and pricing requests accurately and efficiently.

Support Special Projects:

Partner with internal teams on cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

Improve Processes:

Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to make day-to-day operations more efficient and effective.

Maintain Accurate Reporting:

Track project activity, maintain accurate records, and provide clear and timely updates.

Communicate Professionally:

Prepare clear, accurate written communications for internal teams and business partners.
