Role Summary We are seeking an autonomous E-commerce Operations Manager to take full ownership of our existing online store. You will manage the entire daily operation, focusing on scaling our current product lines, optimizing pricing strategy, and identifying market trends to expand our catalog as well as order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Trend Forecasting :

Monitor market trends and consumer data to strategically expand our product catalog.

Vendor & Inventory Management :

Oversee relationships with our existing vendors while optimizing stock levels and lead times.

Pricing Strategy :

Set, test, and adjust product pricing margins to maximize profitability and maintain a competitive edge.

Daily Operations :

Manage day-to-day store maintenance, order fulfillment oversight, and performance metrics.

Requirements Experience :

Preferred experience managing and scaling an active e-commerce storefront.

Skills :

Strong background in data-driven pricing, catalog expansion, and trend analysis.

Mindset :

Highly self-driven and comfortable taking full responsibility for daily revenue and operations.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
