Job Responsibilities:
This position supports Marketing initiatives for eCommerce campaigns. This is a cross-functional role offering hands-on experience in digital and email marketing, branding, ecommerce merchandising and social media. Assist with maintaining and updating product information, descriptions and images on eCommerce site Monitor eCommerce site performance and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates Assist in analyzing eCommerce metrics, including traffic, sales, conversion rates and customer behavior Help create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotions and product launches Collaborate with marketing and product management to ensure accurate and timely eCommerce updates Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify industry trends and best practices Assist in testing website functionality, troubleshooting issues and documenting enhancements Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the e
Commerce Manager Job Qualifications:
Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce or related field
Strong writing, research and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Own means of reliable transportation
