Apply Now Job Description Insight Global is seeking an eCommerce Product Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and quality of product content for DICK'S Sporting Goods' eCommerce business. This person will build and update product detail pages, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, imagery, video, and other customer-facing content, while performing quality checks and resolving missing or inaccurate information. The role involves high-volume, detail-oriented work and requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and consistently deliver accurate work. The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, strong writing/editing skills, and is dependable, curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in growing within retail and eCommerce. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Writing, or similar Strong writing, editing, or copy experience Previous retail experience and genuine interest in retail/eCommerce Strong attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive, high-volume content work Dependable, accountable, and able to follow through in a remote environment Able to work independently, think critically, and problem-solve Proactive, eager to learn, and excited to take on new challenges Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets Corporate retail experience HTML experience eCommerce, PDP, or product content experience Image editing/Photoshop experience Pittsburgh-based for long-term potential We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
