Join our purpose-driven, culture-intentional team as our Employment Resources Assistant ! 10 to 20 hours per week Flexible schedule Remote work available post-training The Employment Resources Assistant supports Connections Work's efforts to connect individuals with meaningful employment opportunities. Working closely with the Employment Development Specialist, this position researches job openings and hiring events, maintains and updates the agency's Virtual Job Board, and creates clear, engaging employment resource flyers. This is a flexible, part-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to Connections Work's mission while using computer, research, communication, and organizational skills. This position may be a great fit for someone who: Wants meaningful part-time work without a full-time schedule. Enjoys helping people connect with opportunities and resources. Is comfortable working independently and using a computer. Has an eye for detail and enjoys keeping information accurate and organized. Has experience with Canva—or is comfortable learning it. Enjoys researching, finding information, and putting it into an easy-to-use format. Is looking for a position they can stay in and grow with over time.
