RockHound Screen Printing & Embroidery - Robesonia, PA Full-Time, In-Person Position Hours are 9am-5pm M-F; Half day Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day. RockHound Apparel is looking for an organized, dependable E-Commerce / Online Store Manager to manage our growing number of online apparel stores and help keep orders moving smoothly from the website through production and fulfillment. This is a hands-on position that combines online store management, customer service, and order fulfillment . You'll work closely with our customers, production team, and office staff to make sure stores are accurate, orders are placed correctly, and completed merchandise gets to the right people. Responsibilities Create, set up, update, and manage customer online apparel stores Add products, pricing, artwork, descriptions, sizes, and other store information Communicate with customers regarding store setup, changes, deadlines, and questions Monitor active stores and online orders Close stores at the appropriate deadline and prepare orders for production Prepare accurate information and merchandise for the production team Track back-orders, shortages, substitutions, and other inventory issues Organize completed orders for individual distribution, bulk pickup, or shipping Help troubleshoot customer order issues and make corrections when necessary Maintain accurate records throughout the entire online-store process Coordinate with screen printing, embroidery, heat press, shipping, and office staff to keep jobs moving on schedule Create and execute email blast campaigns to pair with online store launches, etc. What We're Looking For The ideal person is extremely organized and detail-oriented and is comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces at once. You should be able to work independently while also communicating well with customers and the rest of our team.

You should be:

Comfortable working on computers and learning new software Strong with numbers, quantities, sizes, spreadsheets, and order details Able to manage multiple stores and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented — small mistakes can affect hundreds of garments Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment Dependable and able to follow a job from beginning to end Willing to physically count, sort, organize, and move apparel when needed Experience with e-commerce, online stores, apparel, screen printing, embroidery, order fulfillment, or customer service is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. About RockHound RockHound is a locally owned custom apparel company serving businesses, schools, teams, organizations, and events. We provide screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill/appliqué, heat-applied graphics, vinyl decals, and custom online apparel stores. This position plays an important role in connecting our customers with our production department. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys keeping things organized and moving.

Pay:

$45,760.00 - $54,080.00 per year
