Job Description

The Production Analyst is responsible for the set-up, analysis, order tracking and seasonal processing for all import/domestic production ensuring all aspects of the business are functioning effectively, and all orders are executed and delivered on time. The candidate will create order tracking and status reports working with cross functional partners to ensure deliverables are met and executed timely.
Crew Position:
+ Creates and maintains purchase orders, including style setup, costing sheets, Bills Of Material (BOM), and retail price in the ERP system (Exenta) with accuracy.
+ Communicates weekly with factories to confirm status, timing, shipment consolidation, and address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
+ Manages in-bound shipping and receiving communicating with distribution partners to ensure accurate shipments.
+ Communicates time and action calendars from factories and distribution centers to ensure on time delivery and proactively avoid product delays.
+ Analyzes demand information and makes expediting (air freight) recommendations.
+ Partners with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely resolution of inbound receipts and ASN issues.
+ Collaborates with accounting for payment of product and freight invoices.
+ Supports annual standard cost adjustment with research and data entry.
+ Creates, submits, and maintains product sample (SMS) purchase orders in Exenta coordinating delivery with internal partners.
+ Investigates and resolves production discrepancies.
+ Creates and communicates weekly reports regarding production status, issues, and resolution to all cross-functional partners.
+ Maintains relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
+ Acts as the intermediary among multiple internal partners (Inventory Planning, Sourcing, Product Development, Tech Design, Merchandising, and Accounting) and external partners, streamlining and facilitating communication among teams.
