Duties Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to boost brand awareness and sales. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Implement conversion rate optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior data and refining landing pages, calls-to-action, and overall site layout. Create compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design skills. Monitor web analytics reporting through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Manage paid advertising campaigns by setting up, testing, and optimizing ads on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and campaign execution across all digital channels. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Technical skills including HTML, CSS, website management on WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Skilled in content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for engaging visual assets. Familiarity with web analytics reporting to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Business Manager or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for continuous improvement of campaigns. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
