We're looking for a dependable, organized assistant to work closely with the owners and help with the day-to-day needs of the business. Most of the work is office and computer based, with tasks that can change depending on what the business needs that day. You might respond to customer questions, help track inventory, research a product or service, or lend a hand organizing items in the office or warehouse. There may also be an occasional local pickup to help with supplies. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and wants to grow with a small business. As Flavoritos grows, there may be an opportunity to take on more responsibility and potentially grow into an assistant manager role. What you may help with Responding to customer questions and helping with returns or order issues Keeping inventory information organized and up to date Helping with basic online store and computer tasks Researching products, supplies, services, or other business questions Organizing inventory and keeping the office or workspace in order Answering the phone and emails Helping with occasional local supply pickups Pitching in on other tasks as needed (warehouse, etc.) What we're looking for Computer skills and comfort learning new tools Someone who is organized and pays attention to detail Clear and friendly communication A quick learner who can adapt when priorities change A dependable person who takes initiative and follows through A self-motivated person who can stay on task and take initiative Someone comfortable asking questions when they're unsure You don't need to know everything on day one.
