This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic online retail environment, ensuring that product information is precise, organized, and optimized for customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with computer systems, and a keen eye for detail to help streamline our online operations and enhance overall efficiency. Duties Enter and update product listings across various eCommerce platforms with accuracy and consistency Manage and maintain databases, ensuring all product details such as descriptions, prices, images, and specifications are current and correct Use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to track inventory levels, order statuses, and product data flow Perform data collection from multiple sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate listings Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize large data sets, and generate reports for management review Conduct regular data entry audits to identify discrepancies or errors and correct them promptly Assist with order entry processes by verifying customer orders and updating relevant records in the system Qualifications Proven experience with data entry tasks in an office or eCommerce setting Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with experience in transcription or clerical work preferred Knowledge of basic math for data verification and calculations Prior experience with order entry, filing, and data collection processes Familiarity with pivot tables and organizing large datasets in Excel is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Previous office or clerical experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific systems used This paid position offers an engaging environment where your attention to detail directly impacts the success of our online retail operations.
