Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager to oversee our order fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and delivered to customers on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce logistics and fulfillment, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipment and delivery.
- Oversee fulfillment associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and improve order accuracy, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Implement and maintain best practices for order processing, packing, and shipping to minimize errors and delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to reduce fulfillment costs while maintaining service quality.
- Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including customer complaints and returns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order processing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehousing.
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics providers.
