Oversee and help grow existing third-party marketplace channels, including product assortment, pricing, listing quality, sales performance, and profitability. Work with suppliers to ensure marketplace activity complies with dealer agreements, MAP policies, and channel restrictions. Develop pricing and promotional recommendations based on competitive positioning, margin requirements, and sales performance. Maintain and develop relationships with existing manufacturers and identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships. Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding new brands, categories, marketplaces, and product performance. Provide day-to-day project direction to a small product support team of approximately 2-3 employees.
