WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage Amazon Sales:

Oversee and grow the brand's Amazon presence, including Seller Central, product listings, advertising, search optimization, and sales performance.

Grow E-Commerce:

Improve the online store, increase website traffic, and develop strategies to convert visitors into customers.

Create Social Media Content:

Develop and manage compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Develop the

Brand:

Help create a sophisticated, consistent visual identity across products, website, advertising, and social media.

Lead Creative Marketing Initiatives:

Contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, lifestyle photography concepts, and promotional strategies.

Support Sales & Relationship Building:

Build relationships with retail buyers, follow up on opportunities, and communicate professionally and confidently by telephone, email, and other channels.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING

FORProven experience successfully selling on Amazon, including hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.

Understanding of e-commerce marketing, online sales growth, and strategies to improve traffic and conversion.

A strong eye for style, branding, photography, and visual presentation.

An appreciation for the timeless American lifestyle aesthetic associated with Ralph Lauren and the outdoor culture of the Pacific Northwest.

An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach, with the ability to generate ideas, take initiative, and follow through.

Excellent verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating directly with the founder of a growing company.
