Role:

Stodola Brothers Inc is looking for a talented and driven Front End & E-commerce Manager to join their team in Luxemburg, WI! In this role, you'll lead both the in-store front end experience and online sales operations, playing a key part in shaping how customers interact with the brand across every channel.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all front end operations, including checkout, customer service, and technology troubleshooting Develop, maintain, and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to drive online sales growth Monitor website performance, product listings, and digital merchandising strategies Lead, train, and schedule front end staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to keep online and in-store product data accurate Manage online order fulfillment processes, returns, and customer communications Serve as contact person to coordinate in-store maintenance & repair projects with contractors

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail management Proficiency with PC technology with a strong understanding of troubleshooting, independent learning, and an adaptable mindset Proven leadership and team management skills in a retail or customer-facing environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
