• E-Commerce . Reporting to the chief sales and marketing officer, this individual will own a portfolio of high-profile national retail and marketplace relationships and play a central role in accelerating e-commerce and omnichannel growth. The National Account Manager
• E-Commerce will translate customer insights and performance data into commercial strategies that drive revenue, improve profitability and strengthen assortment and digital shelf performance.

What's the job? Develop annual and seasonal growth plans for assigned national accounts Own strategic relationships with Wayfair, Kohl's, Overstock, Ferguson and Target Build joint business plans aligned with retailer priorities and category goals Identify opportunities to expand distribution and accelerate omnichannel growth Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, profitability and operational KPIs Use testing and experimentation to optimize promotions, merchandising and conversion Evaluate competitive pricing, assortment and digital shelf positioning Improve product content, imagery, reviews, discoverability and search performance Support scalable new product launches across retail channels Partner with Supply Chain on demand planning, forecasting and inventory availability Resolve compliance, fulfillment, shortage and deduction issues Present account scorecards, business reviews and actionable recommendations to leadership Success as the National Account Manager

• E-Commerce will require equal strength in strategy, analytics and execution.

What's needed? Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field 3-5+ years of e-commerce or omnichannel account management experience Experience managing national retail, marketplace or omnichannel customers Demonstrated success growing and scaling complex customer relationships Strong understanding of digital merchandising and retail analytics Experience with BI dashboards, retailer portals and reporting platforms NetSuite, Salsify and Stackline experience preferred Strong executive communication, organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies Willingness to travel for retailer meetings, line reviews and industry events What's in it for me?
