Position Overview:

As an Entry Level Webstore Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their webstore needs are met with professionalism and care. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer support, training clients on webstore management, and continuously improving their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with clients by understanding their webstore needs and providing tailored assistance. Add/Remove items from webstores, update pricing and build out existing platforms. Offer prompt and effective technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through webstore functionalities. Conduct training sessions to empower clients in managing their webstores effectively. Regularly check webstore performance metrics and communicate insights and recommendations to clients. Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a desire to support clients. Extensive experience and comfort level in Google Sheets and Excel. Basic knowledge of webstore platforms is a plus, but not required. Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer service-oriented role.

Performance Metrics:

Client satisfaction scores and feedback related to support and training. Timeliness and effectiveness in resolving client issues.
