Seeking candidates who reside within a commutable distance to the client site. Vega is staffing this position for our direct client, Digital Marketing team. Our client is seeking an organized, proactive Website Operations Manager. In this role, the candidate will serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT, facilitating website execution and technical delivery. Seeking a self-starter and practical problem solver, who will translate business requirements into actionable user stories, manage Jira sprint priorities, and help optimize our digital platforms for peak efficiency. Qualifications 3 5 years of experience coordinating or managing web delivery in a cross-functional environment. Hands-on experience working directly with IT teams, writing clear user stories, and managing sprint cycles in Jira. Strong foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum practices (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retro). Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is a plus). Experience with Google Analytics 4 to review page performance and inform ticket priorities. Exposure to web tools/integrations (e.g., chatbots, localization, customer reviews, AEO/SEO practices). Working knowledge of web deployment flows (testing features in UAT through live production) Education & Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable project steps. Strong organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.
