Position:

Marketing Associate The Marketing Team is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for marketing activities related to market research and product testing. Candidates with an Engineering/Technical background, related work experience, or a strong interest in the field are encouraged to apply.

Job Descriptions:

Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research Research competing dental products, technologies, features, pricing, and market positioning Analyze market trends and identify opportunities or potential competitive risks Test dental products, including dental X-ray imaging equipment and related products Test product viewer software and other related software applications Identify product or software issues and document findings clearly Prepare structured testing results, analysis, and recommendations Support product development and product improvement initiatives Support preparation and evaluation activities related to new product launches Collect and organize feedback from internal teams, customers, dealers, and other stakeholders when applicable Prepare reports, presentations, market analyses, and product-related documentation Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using Microsoft Excel and other available tools Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams Communicate with Vatech headquarters and other global teams as needed Support additional product and market analysis projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required 2+ years of relevant experience in market research, product analysis, product testing, research, technical support, product development, or a related area preferred Strong analytical and research skills Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately Interest in learning technical products and software Ability to independently learn unfamiliar products, industries, and technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize complex information into clear reports and recommendations Experience with product testing, software testing, QA, validation, troubleshooting, or technical product evaluation is strongly preferred Technical or engineering education/background is a plus Dental, medical device, healthcare, or imaging industry experience is a plus Korean language proficiency is a plus, but not required

Salary Range:

$55,000 ~ $80,000
