Product & CRM Consultant - Technology & Web Platforms Home Offer 365

Lebanon, PA — (In Office) Part-Time | 20-25 Hours/Week | $40-$50/

Hour Potential Full-Time Opportunity:

This position could transition into a full-time role based on performance, company needs, and mutual agreement. About Home Offer 365 Home Offer 365 is a fast-growing real estate investment and technology company operating across multiple U.S. markets. We acquire properties directly from homeowners and are building technology to make real estate transactions faster, simpler, and more transparent. We're continuing to invest heavily in technology, CRM development, automation, AI, and new software platforms. The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Product & CRM Consultant to help improve HomeOffer365.com, EquityDeals.com, our internal CRM, and several additional technology projects. We already have developers. We need someone who can evaluate what we've built, identify what's missing or not working, design better solutions, and work directly with our development team to implement them. What You'll Do Audit our CRM, websites, dashboards, and workflows Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and UX/UI improvements Design better CRM workflows and functionality Recommend new features, automation, integrations, and AI Create wireframes/mockups using Figma or similar tools Turn business ideas into clear requirements for developers QA and test new features Help manage and prioritize our technology roadmap Who We're Looking For We're looking for a hands-on, technology-minded problem solver who can look at what we've already built and help us make it significantly better.

The ideal person:

Has experience with CRM, SaaS, web applications, or software products Understands UX/UI and user experience Can identify problems, missing features, and inefficient workflows Can create wireframes and prototypes Understands automation, APIs, integrations, and AI Can communicate business requirements clearly to developers Is comfortable testing software and identifying bugs Can take projects from idea → design → development → launch Is creative, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented Experience in PropTech, CRM, SaaS, marketplaces, or real estate technology is a major plus. Long-Term Opportunity This starts as a 20-25 hour/week in-office consulting position , but we have several additional technology projects planned. For the right person, we'd like this to transition into a full-time Product Development / Technology leadership position helping oversee our platforms, developers, and future technology projects. What was your role? If we gave you access to our CRM and two existing platforms, how would you approach your first 30 days of auditing them and identifying improvements? What experience do you have designing or improving CRM workflows, pipelines, dashboards, automations, notifications, and reporting?
