What You'll Do Gather requirements and proactively lead the execution of assigned marketing projects. Ensure marketing materials align with approved content through rigorous validation and proofing processes. Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agency partners to maintain compliance in marketing material and campaign designs. Manage project timelines and status reports, effectively communicating key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders. Review and validate copy against established source documents, particularly for critical enrollment periods. Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for tracking key marketing metrics. Oversee the project management of campaigns requiring external proofing agency services. Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives. Qualifications Verifiable High School Diploma or GED. Be authorized to work in the United States. Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment. Be able to work on a W-2 basis; C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
