About the Position We are looking for a motivated and creative AI Social Media Marketing Assistant or Intern to help us promote our real estate, businesses, products, and professional services across multiple social media platforms such as TikTok Instagram Facebook YouTube / YouTube Shorts Twitter and LinkedIn KakaoTalk Xiaohongshu / RED (小红书) WeChat Other U.S. and international social media platforms This is NOT a high-level software engineering position . You do not need to be an experienced programmer or professional software engineer. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with social media, internet marketing, AI tools, and creating online content. EVEN High school students, college students, and other candidates interested in AI and digital marketing are welcome to apply. What You Will Do Your responsibilities may include: Create short-form promotional videos and social media content using AI tools Create advertisements for our real estate, businesses, products, and services Post and manage content across social media platforms Use AI to help automate repetitive marketing and content-production tasks Create captions, advertising copy, images, short videos, and promotional materials Help develop automated workflows for creating and publishing social media content Research social media trends and new AI marketing tools Assist with basic performance tracking and improvement of advertising campaigns AI Tools We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable learning or using AI tools such as: Claude ChatGPT Grok Manus Higgsfield and Seedance AI video-generation and editing tools AI image-generation tools Social media scheduling and automation tools Other emerging AI marketing technologies Claude will be one of the primary AI tools used for this position. Prior professional experience with these tools is helpful but not required . If you are comfortable learning new technology quickly, we encourage you to apply. Who Should Apply? This position may be a good fit for you if you: Spend a lot of time using or understanding social media Know how TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms work Enjoy creating short videos, posts, advertisements, or other online content Are interested in AI and automation Can learn new AI applications quickly Understand what makes online content interesting and engaging Are creative, reliable, and willing to experiment with new marketing ideas Compensation $20.00 per hour Casual / Part-time hours with a potentially flexible schedule. Location Berkeley and or 1900 Powell St Emeryville, California Some work may involve working directly with our team in Berkeley. Remote or hybrid work may also be considered
